Should baseball rules change to make the game more “entertaining?”

This morning, I came across this article by John Harper, following his interview with Rob Manfred. In short, Harper walked away convinced that changes are coming, and it’s only a matter of time. But what would change? Pace of play changes have been implemented in the minor leagues for a couples seasons now.
